Lucy Read School Supply Drive
Lucy Read is the only pre-K school in AISD and offers public education to low income families in north central Austin. Unfortunately, Lucy Read doesn't receive additional funding from Title I (the largest federally funded education program) and greatly appreciates any donation.
In September we host a school supply drive for Lucy Read. Here are few items they need every year.
Kleenex tissue, Crayola markers, Spiral notebooks (70 sheets), 2 pocket folders with or without brads, Backpacks (without wheels), Hand sanitizer, Bottles of hand soap, Velcro dots, Scotch tape, Lots of copy paper, Play Doh, Ziploc bags (Quart size), Small paper plates, Baby wipes, Pack of dry erase markers, Ziploc bags (Gallon size), Lysol or Clorox wipes, Large paper plates, 3 ring binders
