prevention and social change by providing a variety of essential services to survivors
of sexual and domestic violence.

LIFE SKILLS Meal Prep Volunteer Prepare or purchase an evening meal for the
approximately 20 Life Skills clients. These formerly homeless clients attend a weekly
class (Tuesday or Wednesday) with their children to learn skills to prepare them for
independent living. Volunteer for this project once or more, whatever works for your
